Ok, It's Growing on Me

First wall is done and aside from a little fuzziness on my brown and red stripes, I think it looks pretty good. I've gotten into the groove of measuring and taping off so it's not going as slow as I thought it would. I even got lucky and didn't have to take the outlet cover off!

That's perfect, Kelsey. I can't wait to see it with the chair rail on top. You are so clever!

What are you doing to my room?

I'm sorry. I think you may just be bitter that I didn't paint pretty stripes or lambs on your walls while you were here. For that I apologize.

Love it! Totally cute!
BTW: when I was pregnant with Kasen I started having PVC's (irregular heartbeat) around 17 wks or so and I ended up in the ER and getting a complete work up. Turned out in my case it was severe reflux. I didn't feel refluxy, but it always happend when I laid down. My MD put my on reflux meds and it went away. That is probably what they are thinking and why they had you change your diet. (This might have already been explained - sorry if it was) If you are dying not having all that yummy food you could always ask about taking meds instead. I know you probably don't want to do this, but it is an option. With your murmur though I wouldn't want to downplay the possiblity of something else, but just a thought for you. It's totally safe to take reflux meds during pregnancy. My MD put me on Protonix (it's a prescription drug) but my OB said Pepcid AC (OTC drug - I think it was Pepcid) would also work just as well. Anyway - something to think about & if you are interested to ask your midwife about.
