Mercy, I've heard of some of your good ole down home cookin' in the South..Fried Squirrel Fricassee...'Possum Pie. But I had no idea you raised your own meat. Land prices are prohibitive here in Seattle...and then there are the animal activists group...so we usully are having to resort to road kill to keep food on our table up here in the WildWest.
