First Day

We had a great first full day as a two year old. Clara was happy all day. She made it through church without being carried out (for the second week in a row!), she didn't fuss or whine much all day and she got to play with all of her new toys. She was still smiling at bedtime and went down without a peep. All in all, I like two! I hope the next 364 are just as good as today.


Here she is last night before bed with all the loot.

And this evening riding her new bicycle. She actually has the concept down and can pedal a couple of times when you get her started. We don't have a very even sidewalk, so we'll have to take her somewhere so she can really open 'er up. She has the bell ringing down pat! No problems there.

See, I told you she was all smiles. These are her cutie patootie ballerina pajamas. She calls them "eenas".

And this is completely unrelated. Am I the only one who comes across these kinds of pictures when her husband has had control of the camera for, like 2 minutes tops? He's so helpful.
