All Better!

Well, Clara hasn't run a temperature all day!! I am just giddy, let me tell you. Please pray she stays that way.

I was telling Chris yesterday that perhaps this mild bug was a blessing for our family. I really did overdo it Friday night. On Saturday, I ran to Wal-Mart and Kohl's while Chris and Clara were at breakfast. I could barely get in and out of the Jeep and I had to stop a few times, grabbing the belly because of pain way down low. There was so much pressure it felt like baby was going to fall right out.

The cashier at Kohl's seemed rather concerned while I was in line and told me to go home and rest, which I happily did. We had planned on finishing the chair rail in the nursery and then going to Haunted Homestead out at the nature center on Saturday, which would have required a lot of walking.

So I think Clara got this bug for one of two reasons: 1.) to keep me home and rested so I make it to 37 weeks or 2.) to keep me from catching something more severe, like maybe something going around at church this morning.

I don't know of course, but whatever the reason, I thank God that it hasn't been any worse!
